What if I don’t like one of the pieces, can I return it?
You sure can! Just email us within seven days of receiving the item and we''re happy to take care of the return shipping and issue a full refund. There really is no risk to try. Check out our returns policy for more information. Email us at email@example.com and send to the return address below.
How do I return?
If you are returning anything you must notify us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt to guarantee a full refund to the original form of payment. Once you have notified us we will provide an RMA number which you should include in your return package - this helps us keep track of your order and confirm we received your items. Once we receive the package at our distribution centre, we will process the refund to your bank account. Check out our returns policy for more information.
Do I have to purchase everything in each Issue?
No, you do not! If you just want to try one piece you can order items individually.
What if the item I'm interested in isn't available?
If we sell out of an item and you're interested in purchasing, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to get it for you but we'll do our very best! To avoid missing out on styles you like we suggest signing up for our newsletter - that way you'll be notified when the next Issue is released and can order before they're all gone!
What do I do if I have questions on my order?

How often are new items added to the site?
We launch four capsules a year. One for every season. Launch dates are:

You sure can! Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We'll be happy to switch for another size.
Are these items available in stores?

How long do I have to wait for pre orders?
Our Summer pre-order period is now over and we are shipping.
Typically, our pre-order period is 2 weeks prior to the season's launch.

We accept all major credit cards via Payment Express, and we also accept Paypal.
How is tax calculated?
Issue Clothing Co is a New Zealand company, so Goods & Services Tax is calculated at 15% for all purchases made by New Zealand residents. Outside of New Zealand we do not charge tax. International orders may be subject to customs or duties fees.
How do I purchase if I'm outside of New Zealand or Australia?
We offer free shipping to Australia and New Zealand. If you are purchasing outside of these countries, there is a $40 shipping charge. In some cases your order may be subject to customs or duties. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like help you with your international purchase.
