Ways to Shop

We want to make shopping for work wear easy, so we offer three ways to shop! Choose the one that's best for you. We also offer lay-buy for our New Zealand & Australian customers - simply contact info@issueclothing.com and we'll set it up! For more info on Layby click here.
Option 1: Shop By Capsule
Each season you'll see we release a 5-piece capsule wardrobe. This is the "original" Issue experience. This way you get to try all of our styles and see what you like best, plus what fits you and your style. This is our recommended approach. The benefit of shopping this way is you get everything delivered to you and can try it on at your own leisure, at home, with your wardrobe, without any distractions. This means no pressures and you can make the best choice for you. If anything doesn't work out, fits wrong, or you need another size we cover the shipping, returns cost and handle any exchanges. Only keep what you love!
Option 2: Shop By Individual Piece
If the capsule is a little intimidating or not appealing to you, you can always order individual pieces like you would on any normal website. You're still covered by our no risk returns policy but can choose just the pieces you are interested in.
Option 3: Build Your Own Capsule
This is our newest option! We've heard from you that you're interested in combining pieces from different seasons to make up your own custom capsule - we love this! All you need to do is add all the pieces you are interested in to your cart, to the value of $1,200NZD and then at checkout use the code BUILDYOUROWN this will take 20% off the total cost. This is a great option, you still get the value of the Shop By Capsule experience but can choose any variety of pieces you're interested in. As always, if something doesn't work out, fits wrong, or you need another size, we cover the shipping, returns cost and handle any exchanges. Easy as!
