We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged.

Returns

We accept returns of unworn clothing. 

To complete a return you must request a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) via email to info@issueclothing.com within 7 days of the receiving date, and we'll then send you a return shipping label free of charge! If you are outside of New Zealand, you must keep the courier bag your package came in as the return labels slide into the pocket on the bag. There really is no risk to try our capsule experience. 

We need to receive the item(s) to our shipping location within 28 days of the receiving date. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be processed.

Note: we only accept returns when items arrive back to us unworn, unwashed and with our attached tags. Items must be returned to us in the same condition as when they were sent out.  

A note on sale items: we do accept returns on sale items purchased online but the return shipping cost is not covered. We do not accept returns on sale items purchased in stores. If you are returning a sale item, we will give you a store credit for the postage cost, up to a value of $40 (i.e. standard, tracked courier).

Exchanges

We accept exchanges of unworn clothing.

To complete an exchange you must let us know within 7 days of the receiving date, and we'll send you a return label free of charge! If you are outside of New Zealand, you must keep the courier bag your package came in as the return labels slide into the pocket on the bag.

We need to receive the item(s) to our shipping location within 28 days of the receiving date. Once we have received the merchandise, we will send you your new product.

If you wish to return the goods after you have tried on the different size, then you must cover the shipping cost. Upon receiving the merchandise, we will provide you with a refund for the product, and a store credit for the postage costs, up to a value of $40 (i.e. standard, tracked courier).
