Shipping

FOR NEW ZEALAND & AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS, all orders over $250 receive complimentary delivery, for orders under $250 there is a $10 delivery fee for NZ customers and a $15 fee for AU customers. .

We aim to ship your purchase within 5 business days of receiving your order. In the instance of preorders, the shipping time is shared on the product page and also once an order is placed a customer will be notified of expected delivery timing. 

Standard Ordering

New Zealand customers orders are couriered by New Zealand Post. Estimated delivery within 1 week of ordering.

Australian customers orders are couriered with DHL who have a target delivery of 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery within 2 weeks of ordering.

Australian shoppers can also use services like AFTERPAY by shopping via our Australian website (we made it especially for you!) at www.issueclothing.com.au. 

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. This is why we offer free returns* across Australia and New Zealand - for more information click here. To our Australian customers - our Australian website also offers free returns. Shop at www.issueclothing.com.au. For customers outside of Australia and New Zealand, customers will have to pay to get any returns or exchanges back to us.

International

We ship internationally for $30 per order. However, please note you may be required to pay customs duties when importing in addition to the shipping cost. Please check the rules for your country prior to ordering. For exchanges and returns, our international customers will need to cover return shipping costs.
