We aim to ship your purchase within 4 business days of receiving your order. In the instance of preorders, the shipping time is shared on the product page and also once an order is placed a customer will be notified of expected delivery timing.
New Zealand customers orders are couriered by New Zealand Post. Estimated delivery within 1 week of ordering.
Australian customers orders are couriered with DHL who have a target delivery of 5-7 business days. Estimated delivery within 2 weeks of ordering.

We ship internationally for $30 per order. However, please note you may be required to pay customs duties when importing in addition to the shipping cost. Please check the rules for your country prior to ordering. For exchanges and returns, our international customers will need to cover return shipping costs.
